Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by CBT Tutorial and its digital platform Digitri ("we," "our," or "us").

By purchasing or enrolling in any course, service, or digital product, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

We strive to provide high-quality educational experiences. However, since our courses and digital materials are delivered electronically and often accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited.

Refunds are granted only under specific, verifiable circumstances as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 CBT Tutorial (On-site & Test Preparation Services)

You may request a refund if:

  • You cancel your enrollment at least 72 hours before the class start date.
  • The course is canceled or rescheduled by CBT Tutorial.
  • A duplicate payment or technical billing error occurred.

Non-refundable cases:

  • Once classes have started (online or in-person).
  • Failure to attend a booked class.
  • Study abroad consultancy or visa guidance fees.

2.2 Digitri (Online LMS Courses)

You may request a refund if:

  • You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
  • Your purchase was accidental or duplicate, and reported within 7 days.
  • There was a technical failure preventing course access, verified by our support team.

Non-refundable cases:

  • You have already accessed substantial portions of a course or downloaded materials.
  • Certificate-only purchases or discounted promotional sales.
  • Subscription or promotional bundle sales (if offered in the future).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@cbttutorial.com or info@digitri.io.
  2. Include your order ID, email address, and a brief reason for the request.
  3. Our support team will review your case within 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to gateway processing times.

4. Payment Gateways

  • SSLCommerz (BDT transactions – Bangladesh)
  • Stripe (USD or international transactions)

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Account misuse or content piracy.
  • Fraudulent chargeback attempts.
